The firm is regularly retained by title insurance underwriters to represent property owners and mortgage lenders, and by individual clients for a wide range of real estate related matters, including title litigation, residential and commercial foreclosures.

Mr. Awerbach has also provided testimony in the state and federal courts as an expert witness on real estate related issues, and both Mr. Awerbach and Mr. Cohn are Certified Circuit Civil Mediators.
