JACQUELINE F. KUYK graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a minor in Legal Studies. While earning her Juris Doctor at Stetson University College of Law, Ms. Kuyk completed a traditional legal clerkship, interned with a Major League Baseball agent, and performed an in-house legal internship with an intellectual property research firm. Upon her admittance to the Bar, Ms. Kuyk worked as the firm’s General Counsel and Director of Business Development, conducting due diligence investigations and corporate profiling studies. Additionally, Ms. Kuyk has extensive experience prosecuting thousands of foreclosure actions on behalf of institution lenders. Ms. Kuyk joined Awerbach & Cohn, P.A. in November of 2010, to focus her practice on real estate and title insurance litigation.
